Amendments to delivery schedule
Amendments can be made by:
- Clicking amend on your weekly emails
- Send schedule update by email to AAB contact
- Call AAB on 0845 2300 941.
Amendments will be reconfirmed by AAB. Please ensure AAB are notified of any schedule changes ASAP.
Charges & Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is within a 24 hour period of delivery and the haulier has not collected, only the cost of haulage will be chargeable. If cancellation is within a 24 hour period of delivery and the haulier has collected, the full cost of haulage and a restocking charge will be applicable.
Waiting time policy
Delivery slots include 1 hour FOC from arrival to site, any extra time incurred to offload after 1 hour will be chargeable at £100 per hour.
Please ensure all deliveries are required to the address specified in your order. Any diversion charges will be quoted upon request.
Returns Policy (Yet to be delivered)
We do not accept any returns of over-ordered stock.
Part Load Charges
In the event of a part load due to weight restrictions or size of load ordered, a charge will be applicable, this can be confirmed by your CSR or Sales Rep.
