AAB supply bricks for first year students

Each year, first-year architecture students at the University of Cambridge spend their first term designing and building a live project, working to a brief set by a local organisation. This year, the Department of Architecture is working with Queens' College to create imaginative and engaging spaces to study.

The group have been given a site on the roof of the Erasmus building in the college. They are interested in building an enclosed, light, cloud-like structure out of scaffolding mesh that would be suspended from the existing concrete structure.

AAB are very excited to be providing sample materials for these students and are looking forward to the finished result!
